Before his promotion to FDAS’ Chief Operating Officer in 2010, Scott spent his first sixteen years dealing directly with clients to help secure the necessary insurance coverage needed to protect their practice and family. Scott has managed the day to day sales and services activities since 1997, and over the years has built solid relationships with association partners and insurance companies. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida State University, and is a former board member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Tallahassee.

Carrie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management/Insurance from Florida State University in 2003 and earned her MBA from Florida State University in 2008. She has been with FDA Services for over 7 years as an Insurance Representative and most recently as Membership Services Manager. She enjoys the day to day challenges of managing dentists insurance portfolios. Her current insurance passions are high deductible health plans and health cost transparency tools.

Amanda Chatham joined FDA Services as an Insurance Sales Representative in 2011. She graduated from Florida State University in 2011, cum laude, where she majored in Risk Management/Insurance and minored in Psychology. Amanda worked part-time for two years as an underwriter intern for a property and casualty company while she completed her degree. Amanda is excited about the opportunity to join the outstanding insurance professionals at FDA Services.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Risk Management/Insurance from Florida State University in 2005. He has been with FDA Services as the Atlantic Coast District Insurance Representative since then. Dan came to FDA Services with an insurance backgroud, having been licensed as an insurance agent since 2003. He lives in West Palm Beach, FL and operates the FDA Services satelite office in that area. He enjoys educating clients regarding various insurance options so they can make appropriate decisions for their needs.

She has been with FDAS for over 6 years now and enjoys her responsibilities here as an Insurance Sales Representative.
